Regional Product Specialist (Former Employee) says"The previous reviews are spot on upper management has no clue on direction and leadership. They only care about their title and pay. The parent company is typical of Germans, they are the best and the rest of the world needs to comply with them. News flash, the USA is the biggest market so, if you want to be successful, make to our specs and price. This was a good company with great products. Runaway!!!ZeroEverything. Walk away"
Assembler (Former Employee) says"This is one of the most racist unfair company’s to work for. It’s has a lack of poor training ability the management team is out for self just a horrible company to work for."
too many titles (Former Employee) says"this was a good company until a bunch of idiots took over. company down sized because of favouritism. if the new managing director did not like you,you got kicked to the cub because his a heartless person"
ASSEMBLER/BUILDER (Former Employee) says"I was flat out told by management I would not be hired in because I was a woman and a distraction to the men working there even though I worked hard and regardless of the fact that while they would stop working to talk to me, I remained diligent in working harder and longer than any of them.... and then I was fired for a mistake I made that anyone else would never have been fired for"
Assembler (Current Employee) says"Management and HR treats me like garbage. About the only good thing is there is a union. They can only do so much. Management expects way too much for the pay."
Assembler (Former Employee) says"Bad place to work bad management no advancement. Favoritisms overthere. Supervisor don’t know nothing about the job. Everytime you ask question they don’t know the answer and never get back to you.No avdancementPoor management"
Assembler C (Former Employee) says"Didnt like it no one likes it they are bad employers horrible supervisors they dont care about their employees they work people to death long morning hours"
Material Handler/Forklift Operator (Former Employee) says"There is no way to move up the ladder with this company. All managers are outside hires and don't understand the jobs below them. The company is a mess. Steer Clear. Its a jobNot a good one"
Staff (Former Employee) says"Beware of corporate greed and mismanagement from German board of directors and area management! Very influential on micromanaging to benefit their own agenda.NothingManagement"
Purchasing (Former Employee) says"With the days and time we are in and all the movements going on, this is a company that needs to experience and acknowledge the "real" world. Systemic racism is huge in this company. While I was there never had a person of color for any notable positions, have seen white employees use their white privilege for advancement, along with sustaining employment within the company after failure in other positionsKnowledge of productOpportunity for all"
Assembler C (Former Employee) says"Improper training. Management treats and works you like a slave. Treats temps horrible. Unorganized. I was once told not to leave my station even if I had to use the bathroom. Supervisor stresses you to the point you want to walk out. Co workers are very rude and hard to work with. Leads help u get fired if you are not liked on the first day.4 day work week (10 hour days) and benefitsVery short breaks, long days, poor management, improper training, slave like environment"
Material Handler (Former Employee) says"They pay great and have great benefits. However they don't treat their employees well, you are just a number. You aren't allowed to fill a water bottle at the bubbler during hot days. You better be at your work station when the bell rings. Hope your doctors and banks have Saturday hours because you wont get there during the week.Pay and BenefitsYou're just a number"
Logistics Employee (Current Employee) says"The management at the logistics facility are awful. Start 8 or 9 projects at a time and finish none of them. Pay is good but working for these people is frustration on its best day.pay is decentmanagement is clueless, laziness tolerated in some employees but not in others"
Warehouse Worker (Current Employee) says"Too much cronyism within the company. There are "clicks" per se that if you are in you are in. No experience or knowledge whatsoever needed. Management neglects to apply expectations and rules to all employees"
Manufacturing engineer (Former Employee) says"Either you're left alone for months at a time or under a microscope. Too many technical decisions being made by management and not by the experts. We try to run before we can walk and we don't like to accept that the implementation of these processes might take years and not weeks.Alternative hours"
Assembler C (Former Employee) says"The place is terrible, they do not care about their employees, all they want is the numbers out the door. The co-workers are rude, and management sucks."
Workshop Foreman (Former Employee) says"The second MD of Wacker Neuson ensured that our salaries are kept low but we were doing a good job and production was always on above target. It's a company to work for to gain experience when you are fresh from college. Maximum stay 2 years then go to companies that offer employee growth"
Assembler (Current Employee) says"Union employees treat the temps poorly, temps have no voice for fear of losing their jobs. Ungreatful and demanding attitudes of management.Very unorganized and always running out of supplies. Company expects perfection from workers with out proper training. They show you how to do something once, then your on your own to figure things out and then when you get it wrong they are all to quick to point it out to you. They can make you feel stupid when it's their own fault that no training is provided,to new people and it's pretty easy for someone to get injured with out proper training. Obviously they have never heard the phrase ...Lead by example.Decent payManditory overtime, and different rules for full time union workers."
Aftermarket (Former Employee) says"Workplace culture is overall toxic. Communication to employees is severely lacking. Major change is needed in the top management team. Average pay and average benefits, not worth it for all the negatives to the job. Company is financially unstable and at major risk for bankruptcy. Fridays are flexible work hours, casual attire every day, average payNo communication, poor top management, financially unstable"
Employee (Former Employee) says"Don't waste your life. The company does not care about its employees and will work you to death. Open door policy is non-existant and getting promoted is a rarity, no matter how deserving and how hard you work."
